Vietnam Manpower Collaboration Facilitates Integration of Workers in Germany
GEDU International GmbH, a Vietnamese personnel service provider, has recently partnered with Infineon Technologies Dresden, Germany's leading semiconductor chip company, to recruit young Vietnamese talents for Infineon's dual training and direct recruitment programs. This collaboration aims to enhance the integration of Vietnamese workers into the German labor market. Vietnamese Ambassador Vu Quang Minh highlighted the potential for higher-level technological cooperation and noted that both governments are working to establish a new labor cooperation framework to support such initiatives.

Raik Brettschneider, Vice President of Infineon Technologies Dresden, emphasized the growing number of internships at Infineon and how cooperation with GEDU will help future employees integrate effectively. After completing three years of training and work, these interns are expected to start stable careers in the company.
This partnership follows the state visit to Vietnam by German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier and Minister of Labour Hubertus Heil in January 2024, which focused on enhancing economic cooperation and recruiting skilled Vietnamese workers for the German labor market.
Through this program, Vietnam Manpower is playing a crucial role in improving labor mobility and fostering stronger ties between Vietnam and Germany.
